Your content stays on your device

When you paste Markdown text or upload a .md file, all conversion happens inside your browser using JavaScript. Your Markdown is never sent to our servers, never stored on our servers, and never seen by our team. When you close the tab, your content is gone from the page. The PDF file is generated locally and saved straight to your device.

What we do not collect

• We do not upload or store the Markdown you paste or upload.
• We do not store the PDF files you generate.
• We do not require an account, email address, or sign up.
• We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

Information we may collect

Like most websites, we may collect basic, anonymous usage data through our hosting provider. This can include approximate location, browser type, and pages visited. We use this only to understand traffic and improve the tool. We do not link this data to your Markdown content, because we never receive that content.

Cookies and local storage

The tool does not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard session data needed to load the page. Any settings you change, such as the watermark toggle, are kept in your browser only and are not sent anywhere.

Third-party links

Our content may link to third-party tools like iLovePDF, CloudConvert, or Pandoc for reference. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. If you use them, your files are handled under their own policies.

Children's privacy

The tool is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last update. Continued use of the tool means you accept the current policy.
